The solid 18k yellow gold bezel is secured by five solid 18k yellow gold decorative screws. The distinctive Ebel screw-head crown is solid 18k gold with coining for grip, and is flanked by round stainless steel chrono pushers on either side.

The dial is a non-reflective matt black which is beautifully set off by gold Roman numerals, gold hour/minute hands, gold center chronograph second hand and gold-trimmed chrono registers and includes a quick-set date window. The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The watch is fitted with the supremely comfortable Ebel 1911 bracelet, in stainless steel with solid 18k gold accents. Those unfamiliar with classic Ebel watches may be surprised how comfortable they are on the wrist.
