Up for sale from Sound Source Music is this 2003 (neck has an 02 serial number) Fender Deluxe Series Acoustasonic Stratocaster. This guitar is in excellent condition and has been setup in our shop. Electronics have been tested and are in good working condition. This guitar was barely played, but unfortunately the bridge had lifted slightly while in storage; it been repaired with only slight cosmetic evidence (see pics), is very solid and should hold indefinitely.

For those that haven't played one, this guitar is in a different league (by a long shot) than the Chinese made Stratacoustics and you can tell this the instant you play one. The Fender Acoustasonic Stratocaster guitar is the first true acoustic Strat! Its hollowed-out alder body is topped by a patent-pending, brace-less graphite composite top with a directional wood grain-like pattern that reacts and sounds like spruce. Three internal graphite rods placed horizontally across the body make for sturdy construction.

The bridge has built-in controls (to free up the top for full acoustic potential) that use a three-piece saddle arrangement for correct intonation, with individual piezo pickups under each saddle. Three separate pickups deliver unbelievable acoustic toneespecially through any of the Acoustasonic amplifiers. The specially positioned and shaped dual sound holes deliver exceptional natural acoustic tone and surprising volume when played without amplification. All together with a 22-fret bolt-on Fender electric guitar neck, youve got one of the easiest-playing and most comfortable acoustic guitars made.
