Only some light surface scratches/marks on the bracelet and diver's clasp (see all pictures) that can easily be buffed out. Comes with 4 bracelet links (removed for sizing on my 7 1/4 wrist). Comes with extra diver's clasp.

Comes with extra Orange Silicon Strap. Kept in watch winder when not in use.
