Gorgeous RARE Vintage 1930s or 40s Blue Velvet Belted Art Deco Dress. 1930s or 1940's blue velvet flirty dress with short puffed sleeves, original velvet back button closure, and original velvet fabric belt.
Sleeve End Width 5.75. Photographed outside in indirect natural light.
